Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the services offered by ALIANZA DE PETRÓLEO GAS Y ENERGÍA SAPI DE CV ("ALLIANCE") through the Roadshow ALLIANCE site.

Nature of the service

ALLIANCE provides diagnosis, business intelligence, business and institutional linkage, agenda design, representation and support services for private missions, institutional roadshows and sectoral missions. Flights, accommodation, meals, visa, travel insurance and transfers are operational components included according to the specific proposal contracted.

Contracting package

Each sectoral mission is offered under a single integral package. Published prices are estimated and informational and are subject to written confirmation before formalizing the contract.

Deposit and payments

Reserving a place requires paying a deposit. The full balance must be settled 30 days before the departure date. Agreed installment payments are accepted and an early-payment discount may apply.

Providers

ALLIANCE coordinates external providers (airlines, hotels, fair organizers, among others) on behalf of the participant. The participant contracts and pays ALLIANCE directly.

Cancellation terms are described in our Cancellations & Refunds Policy, which is subject to legal review.
