ALLIANCE's role

ALLIANCE acts as coordinator of the agenda, logistics and providers involved in each mission. Third-party services (airlines, hotels, fair organizers, carriers, among others) are provided under each provider's own terms and conditions.

Travel documentation

It is the participant's responsibility to hold a valid passport and, where applicable, the corresponding visa. ALLIANCE offers visa advisory as part of the contracted package, but the immigration authority's decision does not depend on ALLIANCE.

Health and travel insurance

The participant must inform ALLIANCE of any relevant health condition before travel. The included travel insurance covers the conditions established by the corresponding insurer.

Conduct during the mission

The participant agrees to follow the ALLIANCE coordinator's instructions and to respect the local rules of the host country throughout the mission.
